<p><strong>ABOUT JADE WELLNESS CENTER</strong></p> <p>Located in Monroeville, Pa., about 15 miles east of Pittsburgh, Jade Wellness Center offers <strong>a partial hospitalization program (PHP)</strong>, intensive outpatient program (IOP), and standard outpatient for <strong>adults and adolescents</strong> struggling with substance abuse. Founded by a mother of two young adults who fought the disease of addiction, the facility also offers <strong>medication-assisted treatment (MAT)</strong> using Suboxone and Vivitrol. </p> <p><strong>TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT</strong></p> <p>The Jade Wellness Center provides a <strong>variety of flexible individualized and outpatient treatment</strong> options for adults, adolescents, and families, which depend on the intensity of the client's needs and schedules. After an initial assessment conducted by a licensed drug and alcohol counselor, clinicians form an <strong>individualized treatment plan</strong>.</p> <p>Treatment plans may include <strong>group counseling</strong>, individualized psychotherapy, educational classes, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). MAT services assist to <strong>minimize withdrawal symptoms</strong> associated with opioid addiction or alcohol dependency. The Jade Wellness Center added a new facility on the south side of Monroeville.
