All exercise equipment was donated and most didn't work," but added "if a woman is serious about recovery, it is sufficient." Another alum, Joanne, felt the marketed accommodations were not reality. "The rooms don't look like this! the building doesn't look like this," Joanne wrote.

The two alumni also commented on the staff, with one calling the night staff "inexperienced staff "Babysitters" and another writing "the staff care more about what's for lunch than the patients."

On Google, Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio has an average rating of 2.6 out of five stars from five reviews to date.[1] Some former clients wrote about “unrealistic costs” for services and how staff “won’t call you back so you can get your records” once services are discontinued.
