One of the reviewers, who responded on an anonymous basis, continued the favorable rating pattern to other metrics: five stars for affordability, and four stars for facility cleanliness and upkeep, likelihood to recommend, staff experience and training, and treatment of co-occurring disorders; and three stars for connectivity/visitor policy, counseling options, and family participation; however, this former client assigned only two stars to holistic offerings. </p> <p>The other reviewer, T.O., offered perfect five stars for facility cleanliness and upkeep as well as staff support, but was less enthusiastic about individual and group counseling sessions by rating them two stars and about connectivity/visitor policy and holistic offerings by rating them only one star each.
