These specialists must have at least one year without crisis, relapse, or inpatient care before they begin helping others in recovery; many have learnt to overcome similar challenges in their own lives.

Monarch also works with children and teens with complex family needs that can be addressed more effectively at-home than in a traditional outpatient setting. Available at two forms of intensity, at-home services are designed to help those between the ages of three and 21 develop adequate problem-solving skills and connect with other support resources in an effort to prevent inpatient care.

STAFF CREDENTIALS

Monarch employs a team of state-certified peer support specialists, psychiatrists, and professional counselors and therapists.
