One family member gave four out of five stars for the facility’s counseling options, the treatment staff’s level of experience and training, the admissions and discharge procedures, the effectiveness in treating co-occurring disorders, and whether or not the center was worth the cost. “Self improvement. An effective staff. Helps healing from the inside out,” the loved one wrote.</p> <p>The other loved one, a cousin of a client, gave four stars for the facility’s family participation, though this individual gave just two stars for the facility’s discharge planning. “Too short a program and repeats are often,” the loved one wrote, also giving just two stars for counseling options, holistic offerings, staff level of experience, and leisure activities.
