The three individuals surveyed by Rehabs.com at the time of this writing gave the staff’s level of training and experience an average rating of 4.75 stars out of five stars.</p> <p><strong>ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES</strong></p> <p>According to the facility’s website, Bronx ATC is a <strong>coed facility that can accommodate up to 38 individuals</strong>. Three of the four alumni surveyed by Rehabs.com at the time of this writing gave the center’s accommodations and meals ratings of four or five stars. One alum submitted three-star ratings for these evaluated categories. </p> <p><strong>WHAT ALUMNI SAY</strong></p> <p>Overall, the four alumni polled by Rehabs.com at the time of the writing gave Bronx ATC <strong>positive reviews.</strong> Three surveyed alumni provided <strong>unanimous five-star ratings</strong> for the center’s holistic offerings, its connectivity, the program’s family participation, the facility’s cleanliness, and the center’s affordability. </p> <p>Surveyed alumni <strong>appreciated the center’s quality of services and its staff</strong>, who they described as “professional,” “careful,” and knowledgeable. “It is great place to receiive the treatment,” one anonymous alum wrote. However, nearly all surveyed alumni highlighted an issue with overcrowding. “Too many people,” one alum told Rehabs.com. </p> <p><strong>WHAT FRIENDS & FAMILY SAY</strong></p> <p>When asked how likely they were to recommend the facility to others, the single loved one polled by Rehabs.com at the time of this writing provided a rating of five out of five stars. This individual submitted four and five out of five stars for every other evaluated category, including the center’s treatment for co-occurring disorders, its exercise and leisure options, its counseling options, and its family participation. However, like surveyed alumni, the respondent found overcrowding to be an issue. “Need more space,” they told Rehabs.com. </p> <p><strong>WHAT STAFF SAY</strong></p> <p>N.H., the single staff member polled by Rehabs.com at the time of this writing, offered a mixed review of the facility, indicating that they would not recommend the center to others. The staff member gave the facility four out of five stars for its credentials, its privacy, and its protocols. N.H. praised the center’s counselors, who they deemed a strength of the facility.
