Health and wellness assessments, psychosocial assessments, and ongoing <strong>medication management</strong> are also available.</p> <p>East Orange offers <strong>Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Services (CAPS)</strong> to children of all ages and their families. Clients receive <strong>outpatient counseling</strong> with a licensed child psychologist. Staff are able to guide children struggling with a behavioral or mood disorder and can assist adolescents with <a href="http://www.recovery.org/topics/dual-diagnosis-recovery/" target="_blank">co-occurring substance abuse disorders</a>. The CAPS Program also offers career days and various workshops to the community.</p> <p>An additional service, known as the Supportive Housing Program, offers <strong>subsidized housing for those struggling with a mental illness</strong> who may be homeless otherwise.
