Both of the individuals polled by Rehabs.com to date gave Genesis four out of five stars for its staff's level of training and experience.</p> <p><strong>WHAT ALUMNI SAY</strong></p> <p>The single alum polled by Rehabs.com to date would recommend treatment at Genesis. "Its was a nice and pleasant place, where i was taking care of well," they wrote anonymously, giving the facility four stars for its holistic offerings and counseling options and three stars for its family participation and ability to treat co-occurring disorders.</p> <p>Genesis also has <strong>overwhelmingly positive feedback on secondary sites,</strong> with an average rating of 4.7 stars based on 14 opinions on Facebook (where the facility can manage its own page) and two perfect five-star ratings on Google.<small class="footnote"><a target="_blank" href="#footnote-1"><sup>[1]</sup></a></small> <small class="footnote"><a target="_blank" href="#footnote-2"><sup>[2]</sup></a></small> "Great Place and Great People...They definitely make you feel very comfortable and they are very understanding of all situations," Samantha wrote on Google.</p> <p><strong>WHAT STAFF SAY</strong></p> <p>The single staffer polled by Rehabs.com at the time of this writing gave mixed feedback. "Many different treatment options, good leisure activities and therapy options, good doctors," they wrote, giving the facility five stars for its ability to treat <a href="http://www.recovery.org/topics/dual-diagnosis-recovery/" target="_blank">co-occurring disorders</a> and four stars for its family participation and counseling options.
