<p><strong>ABOUT BLACK ALCOHOL/DRUG SERVICES INFORMATION CENTER (BASIC)</strong></p> <p>Black Alcohol/Drug Services Information Center (BASIC) provides culturally-sensitive treatment for African American communities and individuals in St. Louis, Mo. struggling with alcohol and drug abuse as well as <a href="https://www.recovery.org/topics/dual-diagnosis-recovery/" target="_blank">co-occurring disorders</a>.
