<p><strong>ABOUT SOUTHEAST MISSOURI BEHAVIORAL HEALTH – SALEM CENTER</strong></p> <p>Southeast Missouri Behavioral Health, Inc. (SEMO-BH) is a nonprofit organization that has provided <strong>substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment services</strong> in southeastern Missouri for more than 30 years.
