Family Week — At Castlewood we believe that our clients have the best chance at recovery if we involve their support system in the treatment process. Castlewood Treatment Center offers family week every 6 weeks for our current clients and their support systems.
Outpatient Services — Castlewood Treatment Center offers a complete menu of outpatient services with expert individual therapists and dietitians. Our intake counselors will work with you to set up an initial assessment and session with one of our skilled therapists.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) — Castlewood offers Intensive Outpatient Programs in St. Louis, Missouri, Monterey, California and Birmingham, Alabama. Our St. Louis based Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), the Eating Disorder Center of Missouri is for clients living in the St. Louis area, needing more structure than individual outpatient therapy alone can provide. It may also be appropriate for the client who is transitioning back to life, work or school after treatment at a higher level of care, such as Residential or Stepdown.
