Of the three individuals who participated in the survey, two rated the facility's treatment effectiveness one out of five stars and the other rated it two stars (1.5 stars on average). For its family program, they gave a one-star, three-star, and four-star rating (2.7 stars on average) and the center’s holistic offerings garnered two one-star and a four-star rating (two stars on average). “Food AND activities were a strength,” one anonymous reviewer wrote.
