A detox center is located on-site.</p> <p><strong>TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT</strong></p> <p>One of CCBHC's main goals is to offer <strong>treatment services for both chemical dependency and mental/physical health simultaneously</strong>. All clients are paired with a care coordinator who will create an <strong>individualized treatment plan</strong> based on a comprehensive assessment. Having a case manager can significantly improve a client’s chances for a more successful recovery. <a href="https://wwwdasis.samhsa.gov/webt/state_data/MN17.pdf" target="_blank">288 facilities in the state</a> that include case management in treatment services. </p> <p>The Ramsey County <strong>Detoxification Center is open 24/7</strong> and helps adults manage withdrawal symptoms while also offering counseling and other support services.
