<p><strong>ABOUT LOWELL COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER</strong></p> <p>Located in Lowell, Mass., Lowell Community Health Center (Lowell CHC) offers a full range of health services to individuals of <strong>all ages</strong>, including prevention, treatment, and health education. The behavioral health unit provides <strong>outpatient counseling services</strong> and treatment to people struggling with substance misuse and mental health disorders.</p> <p>In addition to behavioral health care, Lowell CHC provides services such as primary care, OB/GYN, dental care, and adolescent-specific services.
