The facility also offers a “Toolbox for Substance Abuse” group. </p> <p>Hope House Transitional Housing provides housing and on-site access to services for homeless individuals in need of help to move toward self-sufficiency and independent living. <strong>Transitional housing is short-term, offered for up to 24 months</strong> as clients work to secure permanent housing in the community.
