<p><strong>ABOUT LOUISIANA HEALTH AND REHAB CENTER</strong></p> <p>Louisana Health and Rehab Center (LHRC) is one of the state's <a href="https://wwwdasis.samhsa.gov/webt/state_data/LA16.pdf" target="_blank">54 (34.4 percent)</a> <strong>501(c)(3) nonprofit</strong> substance abuse treatment centers, also serving individuals with mental health disorders, homelessness, and/or HIV/AIDS.
