<p><strong>ABOUT KENTUCKY RIVER COMMUNITY CARE - PROJECT ADDVANCE</strong></p> <p>Kentucky River Community Care (KRCC) is a <strong>behavioral health center</strong> that serves eight counties in the Kentucky River region. Both agreed that KRCC had a great atmosphere and praised the facility for its solid counseling.
