<p><strong>ABOUT FRESH START WOMEN'S CENTER</strong></p> <p>Formally known as the Women's Residential Correctional Facility, Fresh Start Women's Center of Des Moines, Iowa provides <strong>residential treatment for mothers involved in the criminal justice system with a history of chemical dependency</strong>.
