<p><strong>ABOUT CENTER FOR ALCOHOL AND DRUG SERVICES, INC. – COUNTRY OAKS</strong></p> <p>Founded in 1980, the Center for Alcohol and Drug Services, Inc. (CADS) provides treatment for adults, families, and adolescents struggling with substance abuse at six locations in Illinois and Iowa. The facility in Country Oaks, located in Davenport, Iowa, offers <strong>medically monitored detoxification and residential treatment</strong> for adults.
