<p><strong>ABOUT THE ABBEY</strong></p> <p>Since 2008, The Abbey has provided <strong>substance abuse treatment</strong> through <strong>residential and outpatient care</strong>. This includes <strong>cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)</strong>, rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and trauma informed care. Holistic therapies such as yoga, meditation, music therapy, and art therapy are also offered.</p> <p>The facility offers family programming, which includes weekly family programming and support groups. Clients can return to the facility as alumni for a quick session or re-admission into the program.</p> <p><strong>STAFF CREDENTIALS</strong></p> <p>According to the facility's website, each clinical team member has more than 10 years of experience. The treatment includes therapists, social workers, master's level counselors, physicians, and nurses.</p> <p><strong>ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES</strong></p> <p>The facility is located on an acre, surrounded by a privacy wall. Clients live in fully furnished <strong>double occupancy</strong> rooms with twin beds. Some private rooms are available. Each room has access to a private bathroom. There are shared courtyards, common rooms, and gardens. </p> <p>Clients eat together in a communal cafe that's open all day. It looks like a coffee shop and serves as a social space.</p> <p><strong>WHAT ALUMNI SAY</strong></p> <p>At the time of this writing, only one alum has provided feedback to Rehabs.com for The Abbey. Sunday is family day, and programs for family members give them a real understanding of what addiction is, and how to support themselves and their addict or alcoholic. The staff is friendly, understanding and responsive; and the food provided is exceptional."</p> <p><strong>FINANCING</strong></p> <p>According to the facility's website, the facility accepts a wide range of health insurance options, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Healthcare.
