In order to be eligible, clients’ primary drug of choice must be opiates such as heroin or prescription pain medication. S.A. offered negative feedback, giving the facility just one out of five stars for its treatment effectiveness and complaining about rude staff. A.K. awarded the rehab a higher rating of three stars for treatment effectiveness and wrote: "Some days I hate this place some days it isn't too bad...
