What reviewers said

Reviewers frequently praised the beautiful, serene grounds and the kind, helpful staff, with some describing the experience as life-changing. However, others criticized the facility as understaffed, alleging that counselors were ill-equipped or relied too heavily on computer-based work instead of one-on-one therapy. Additional complaints included poor food quality, uncomfortable mattresses, and concerns that the facility prioritized money over patient care.
