It should be noted, however, that this page also includes reviews of the program's other facilities. Clients tended to praise the facility's staff. "The alumni program really helps everyone stay connected. I would and have recommended retreat to anyone struggling with addiction!" [[1]]

On Google reviews, 38 reviewers left an average rating of 3.8 out of five stars.[[2]]The majority of reviewers had nothing but praise for the facility. “I have to give it to the retreat for giving me the tools, and the comfort while detoxing off thirty years of benzos,” Michael, a representative reviewer, wrote.

However, a couple reviewers on Facebook and Google offered negative feedback. An anonymous Google reviewer, one of 10 alumni on Google who left one-star ratings, felt “Counseling and therapy are a joke and no one actually has to attend groups.” Another reviewer, Collin, wrote "Terrible place, only in it for the money. They scamed my insurance provider charging over 100 grand for 14 days. Plus people were selling drugs inside the facility. Its a joke."

WHAT FRIENDS & FAMILY SAY

Out of five stars, the sole loved one polled by Rehabs.com to date gave high ratings of four and five stars for multiple aspects of the facility including its treatment effectiveness, the level of family participation, and the counseling options. “Holistics were a strength of the facility, but group were a weakness. Very good,” the loved one wrote.

On Google, Cassidy, a family member, called the facility beautiful and its quality of care top notch. “Sending a loved one to treatment can be a very hard on everyone in the family… Thank you for helping my sister- and our family,” she wrote.

FINANCING

According to its website, the facility "accepts most commercial insurance plans," including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ameriahealth, and Cigna.

[1] https://www.facebook.com/retreatPATC/reviews

[2] https://goo.gl/gfP8vG
