All clients receive an <strong>assessment and evaluation</strong> upon admission, followed by medical stabilization and management, if needed. In addition to chemical dependency, the facility is equipped to treat a range of underlying problems including depression, anxiety, <a href="https://www.recovery.org/pro/articles/how-understanding-anger-revolutionizes-addiction-recovery/" target="_blank">anger issues</a>, eating disorders, and grief and loss issues.</p> <p>Outpatient offerings include <strong>group therapy</strong>, one-on-one counseling, and <a href="https://www.recovery.org/pro/articles/the-pain-of-addiction-in-the-family-how-counseling-can-help/" target="_blank">family therapy</a>, as well as addiction education and <a href="https://www.recovery.org/topics/extended-recovery-programs/" target="_blank">aftercare</a> services.</p> <p>There's also an <strong>intensive outpatient program (IOP)</strong>, which is offered by <a href="https://wwwdasis.samhsa.gov/webt/state_data/FL16.pdf" target="_blank">44 percent of outpatient facilities in Florida</a>. Highly structured and designed to quickly stabilize clients and prevent relapse, it meets for three hours a day, three days per week.</p> <p><strong>STAFF CREDENTIALS</strong></p> <p>The treatment team includes <strong>psychiatrists</strong> and nurses, as well as <strong>psychologists</strong>, social workers, marriage and family therapists, occupational therapists, and <strong>chaplains</strong>.
