<p><strong>ABOUT HALIFAX</strong></p> <p>A part of the extensive, 678-bed Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach, Fla., Halifax Health Behavioral Services operates one of the <a href="https://wwwdasis.samhsa.gov/webt/state_data/FL16.pdf" target="_blank">45 (6.3 percent)</a> Florida adult behavioral services departments that offer <strong>inpatient care for adults</strong> (and, when appropriate, adolescents aged 14 and over) struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues.
