Most alumni offered high four and perfect five star ratings for the faciltiy's cleanliness, connectivity, and likelihood that they would recommend the treatment to others. Certain areas, particularly holistic offerings, received much lower ratings, or were not rated at all, suggesting a facility weakness in this area.

In their commentary, the alumni offered specific praise for the facility's ability to look at the long term and to inspire court-mandated individuals to want treatment and recovery. "Although Crossroads is a court mandated program the treatment program was very effective and provides a person with a vast number of skills and tools needed in daily living to remain drug and alcohol free," One anonymous alum wrote. Another alum, R.M., appeared pleased that the facility "was long term and and worked on issues other the just the drug use."

Six reviewers on Google rated the facility highly at 4.3 stars.[1] Comments were sparse, but two alums praised the staff; "Their outpatient adolescent program rocks!"

FINANCING

According to the center’s website, Turning Point accepts many insurances including Medicaid (accepted at 57 percent of Colorado facilities.
