G.A., who was the sole negative reviewer to be polled on more specific categories, gave low ratings to all metrics related to treatment, including one-star ratings for the effectiveness of group and individual counseling. "People are not assisted with healing the underlying causes of addiction/alcoholism," G.A. wrote.

The sole alum to leave a positive rating, M.A., commented, β€œThe program was strict," but otherwise gave high ratings to most categories evaluated, including five-star ratings for the respect shown to clients and effectiveness of lead counselors.

Alumni on third party sites tended to either rate the facility five stars or one star, with most falling into the former category.
