She gave five out of five stars in all the evaluated treatment metrics, includes its honesty and willingness to put patients' interests firsts and the overall quality of its care. </p> <p><strong>FINANCING</strong></p> <p>According to the center's website, the Santa Barbara Rescue Mission receives most of its support from donations and grants.
