ABOUT TURNING POINT COMMUNITY PROGRAMS – THERAPEUTIC BEHAVIORAL SERVICES

Affiliated with Turning Point Community Programs (TPCP) in Sacramento County, Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) is designed to provide intervention support for high-risk youth in combination with mental health treatment through another provider. Individualized care is strengths-building and based in culture and language specific to each child and their caregivers.

TCPC also operates residential treatment centers, respite houses, and a mental health urgent care clinic. TBS is available through multiple Northern California counties, agencies, and facilities, including three (in addition to TCPC) in Sacramento County, according to a Department of Health and Human Services brochure.

TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT

Turning Point Community Programs’ TBS accepts referrals from schools, therapists, residential facilities, and parole officers.
