The facility's primary <strong>residential focus is on stabilization</strong> for individuals experiencing acute psychiatric conditions. Located nearby, Sutter Counseling Center provides longer-term <strong>outpatient treatment addressing chemical dependency and <a href="https://www.recovery.org/topics/dual-diagnosis-recovery/" target="_blank">co-occurring disorders</a> mental health disorders</strong>. It has outdoor spaces, numerous and large windows accommodating natural lighting, and an outdoor basketball court. The facility is clinical in nature. It has classrooms, counseling centers, and other therapy spaces. </p> <p>Day and evening schedules are available for the intensive outpatient program.</p> <p><strong>WHAT ALUMNI SAY</strong></p> <p>At the time of this writing, the feedback from four alumni of the Sutter Center was negative.
