While one applauded the center for helping clients discover an inner strength that they were once unaware of, S.C. likened the facility to a “village raising a child.”</p> <p><strong>FINANCING</strong></p> <p>According to its website, House of Uhuru is certified as a Drug Medi-Cal Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility by the state of California.
