<p><strong>ABOUT RIVER COMMUNITY DAY TREATMENT CENTER</strong></p> <p>Founded in 1986 and located in Covina, Calif., River Community Day Treatment Center provides outpatient treatment to people struggling with <a href="http://www.recovery.org/topics/dual-diagnosis-recovery/" target="_blank">co-occurring disorders</a> and other substance abuse problems.
