The admissions process begins with paperwork and a <strong>health history</strong>.</p> <p>The most intensive option, day treatment meets weekdays for six hours daily over the course a five-week period. A <strong>weekly family group session is also included</strong>. The lesser intensive IOP generally lasts nine weeks and meets three days a week for three hours at a time, either morning or evening.</p> <p>Both PHP and IOP tracks entail <strong>process and education groups</strong> designed to help clients understand addiction and requires that participants attend three AA or NA meetings per week. Aftercare seminars cover topics including <strong>nutrition</strong>, money management, relationships, and motivation. <strong>Family involvement</strong> is encouraged at all stages.</p> <p><strong>STAFF CREDENTIALS</strong></p> <p>The Eleventh Hour boasts a 3:1 staff client to staff ratio, according to its website. She also described the staff as “great,” “personable and experienced.” Would def recommend,” she told Rehabs.com.</p> <p><strong>WHAT STAFF SAY</strong></p> <p>In the sole survey response from a staff member, R.C. told of a family owned and operated business that’s open “over 27 years.” She also gave five out of five stars for the medical staff, the willingness to put patients’ interests first, and the overall quality of patient treatment and care.</p> <p><strong>FINANCING</strong></p> <p>The Eleventh Hour is a <strong>privately funded program</strong> and <a href="https://wwwdasis.samhsa.gov/webt/state_data/CA17.pdf" target="_blank">one of just 734 (56.0 percent) facilities in California that accept private insurance</a>. Payment plans can also be arranged for where needed.
