<p><strong>ABOUT REACH PROJECT</strong></p> <p>Established in 1970, the REACH Project is <strong>a nonprofit organization</strong> dedicated to early prevention, education, intervention, and substance abuse treatment. The central office in Antioch, Calif., offers <strong>outpatient services for both adults and teens</strong>.
