CASA GRANDE OUTPATIENT</strong></p> <p>One of the 29 treatment facilities of Community Bridges, Inc., an Arizona-based network of behavioral health programs, Community Bridges, Inc. Casa Grande Outpatient has both <strong>stabilization and recovery services</strong>, as well as an <strong>outpatient treatment</strong> program. </p> <p>Located 48 miles south of Phoenix, the facility provides <strong>crisis intervention, triage, and stabilization</strong> for clients seeking treatment for substance abuse. The facility also treats <a href="http://www.recovery.org/topics/dual-diagnosis-recovery/" target="_blank">co-occurring disorders</a> that contribute to clients’ substance abuse and addiction. The facility uses <strong>evidence-based practices</strong> to reduce the impact of substance abuse while counseling clients to change their problem behaviors.</p> <p><strong>TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT</strong></p> <p>Community Bridges, Inc. Casa Grande Outpatient’s Stabilization and Recovery Unit (SRU) is designed primarily to treat clients with opioid and/or benzodiazepine dependence. In Arizona, <a href="https://wwwdasis.samhsa.gov/webt/state_data/AZ17.pdf" target="_blank">25.2 percent of facilities</a> use Suboxone during MAT treatments. Suboxone can reduce the impact of withdrawal symptoms, allowing clients to focus on their recovery.</p> <p>With an emphasis on peer support, Community Bridges utilizes evidence-based treatment methods. Education plays an important part in the treatment process. Along with groups on <strong>relapse prevention and coping skills</strong>, clients attend <strong>group counseling and individual therapy</strong> sessions. If applicable, family involvement and counseling are also encouraged.</p> <p>Community Bridges provides <strong>discharge planning</strong> to promote sustained sobriety. These supportive <a href="http://www.recovery.org/topics/extended-recovery-programs/" target="_blank">aftercare services</a> may include referrals to community-based resources, as well as assistance in transitional housing placement.</p> <p><strong>STAFF CREDENTIALS</strong></p> <p>Community Bridges of Casa Grande is one of the <a href="https://wwwdasis.samhsa.gov/webt/state_data/AZ17.pdf" target="_blank">101 facilities in Arizona</a> CARF-accredited. It employs a team of licensed physicians experienced in addiction medicine, program administrators, medical support staff, and <strong>master’s-level counselors</strong>. In addition, the treatment program employs peer support specialists to assist in counseling groups. Peer support specialists are non-licensed individuals who are in recovery. </p> <p><strong>ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES</strong></p> <p>The Casa Grande treatment center is designed to stabilize clients in a <strong>therapeutic and safe environment</strong>. Clients have 24/7 access to medical attention. Clients also have access to counselors and administrative staff around the clock. The facility has dedicated counseling spaces for groups and individuals, recreational spaces, and large meeting spaces. Medical staff is on-hand to manage medical procedures such as medication distribution. </p> <p>According to feedback gathered by Rehabs.com, both loved ones approved of the overall accommodations, giving three and four out of five star ratings respectively for accommodations and five out of five stars for facility cleanliness. </p> <p><strong>WHAT STAFF SAY</strong></p> <p>Rehabs.com has yet to receive alumni feedback. One former staff member claimed: “They are not true to their Mission Statement, very money focused...claim to be a not for profit.” Another reviewer wrote: “I suppose if there is one good thing it would be that they hire people with criminal backgrounds; giving them a second chance.” </p> <p><strong>FINANCING</strong></p> <p>Community Bridges, Inc. The organization continues to expand as well.
